When I go to bugzilla.redhat.com, I think it redirects to the FAS login provider, but there, it currently says there's an "unplanned outage". URL I went to:

Whenever convenient please. I think I can still login using my bugzilla username + password

Unfortunately this service is not maintained by Fedora Infrastructure team, so we can't do anything about that.
