I have created and deployed this to the staging environment.

https://id.stg.fedoraproject.org/openidc/Authorization?scope=openid&client_id=consolerhc-cli&redirect_uri=urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob&response_type=code returns 500 still after authorization.

Any insight into what would be wrong?

It was failing because Ipsilon expects the sector_identifier_uri to be a full URL and it was set to just "consolehrc-cli". Fixed and deployed now.
