Describe what you would like us to do:

This could be spam, but I thought I'd note it here anyway. I received this e-mail recently from davis.wang AT tldschina.com:

Dear Manager,
(If you are not the person who in charge of this, please forward this to your CEO, because this is urgent. Thanks!)
This email is writing from a Network Service Company which is the domain name registration center in Shanghai, China. On September 25, 2023, we received an application from
Aite Holdings Ltd requested fedoraproject as their internet keyword and China (CN) domain names( fedoraproject.cn/ fedoraproject.com.cn/ fedoraproject.net.cn/
fedoraproject.org.cn).
After checking it on internet, we found this name conflict with your company name or trademark. For dealing with this matter better, we send email to you and confirm whether
your company have relations with this Chinese company or not?
Kind regards
Davis

Not really sure what to do about this. I know we have trademarks, but don't really know what their status is in China etc?

I did check and tldschina.com does seem to be a legitimate thing

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Whenever convenient, but please close if this is just spam.

I get these all the time. ;(

It's a scam/spam/hoax/whatever. ;(

Sorry you got it and thanks for bringing it up!
