Reopen Issue

I'm currently experiencing issues trying to use Fedora packager infrastructure:

kinit reports the KDC is down:

ngompa@fedora ~> kinit ngompa@FEDORAPROJECT.ORG
kinit: Cannot contact any KDC for realm 'FEDORAPROJECT.ORG' while getting initial credentials

Visiting https://src.fedoraproject.org and https://koji.fedoraproject.org take a long time, and usually times out for me right now.

It looks like things are back now?

Sadly, this seems to have somehow been our grokmirror backups of repos... I'm not fully sure how yet, but when I killed that everything went back to normal, so I am pretty sure that was the cause.

Will investigate more...
