Restore the usual start page website

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

🤷 I mean, no particular time but this isn't a great onboarding experience for new Fedora users.

Seems to be back as of now? Not sure when that happened.

This was caused by a change to drop MultiViews. ;(

It was reverted, but somehow all the proxies didn't pick up the fix, so it still kept happening. ;(

All proxies are fixed now and it should be back... sorry for the trouble.
