fftw3 is now fftw so fftw3 should be deactivated in bugzilla

I know we talked about just doing this automatically on retired packages, but I guess we haven't.

I've done this manually by editing the component in bugzilla.

the weird thing is fftw3 package source and koji builds doesn't exist !
