the fedora logo at the top of the page of the fedorapeople.org index website is not showing anymore.

It was at the getfedora.org/static/images/ location, which doesnt exist anymore, so we should change it to:
https://getfedora.org/assets/images/logos/fedora-white.png

The template for this page is in:
https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/ansible/blob/main/f/roles/people/files/make-people-page.py

Note too that this template also pulls in an old version of the bootstrap CSS from the old static location, but the page itself doesnt seem to use any of those styles, so just remove that CSS import.
