People report issues with :
FATAL: remaining connection slots are reserved for non-replication superuser connections.

src.fp.o is affected, but also badges, and others.

It seems that postgresql is capped to 2000 connexions, and anitya is consuming too much ressources:

tahrir=> select count(*) as count, usename from pg_stat_activity group by usename order by count desc limit 5;

  1628 | anitya
    98 | pagure
    66 | oraculum_user
    33 | bodhi2
    24 | fedocal

This may have been caused by me. I started a vacuum of the anitya db last night...

So, It might be it locked the db, and the application kept trying and the pod was killed without cleaning up the old connections?

:(

In any case it's fine now. If there's things we can do in the application to better handle this we should do them.
