I need help figuring out why I cannot assign FAS account a7mad98 to this ticket:

I gave him FAS+1 about 20 minutes before now - and it still doesn't seem to have synced. When I type "a7mad98" in the assignee field on the ticket, it just doesn't autocomplete or find his username.

However, I just granted another new contributor FAS+1 in the same timeline and his username was available to be assigned a ticket almost instantly after granting him FAS+1. So I suspect it's not some kind of syncing issue between systems??

Any troubleshooting tips / ideas / etc.?
