Please setup an EPEL 9 test instance for packagers.

When do you need this to be done by?

No huge hurry, but sooner rather than later. :)

I tried to spin this up but it is pretty much blocked by https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10489 there is a few packages that aren't available such as rkhunter and the nagios ones

Looks like everything is there now, my playbook run (with ansible-core-2.12.3!) ran to completion!
