flatpak indexer has stopped working again and none of the flatpak builds done over the last few weeks are showing up in 'flatpak update'.

I believe this is likely the same issue as last time when adding a new flatpak release to Bodhi caused flatpak indexer to stop functioning. I've filed a PR to fix this (https://github.com/owtaylor/flatpak-indexer/pull/4) on the flatpak indexer side, but I have no idea how to get this deployed in Fedora infra. Any help? @otaylor ? :)

If possible, it would be good to get this done before the final freeze starts so that we can ship Silverblue 35 with updated F35 based flatpak runtime which I'm building just now.

I merged Kalev's commit. So what is needed at this point is to update ansible to have flatpak_indexer_git_ref: d1bd8c943d560aecf05aa1a03f6f8ac96440b1b4 for staging and prod, rebuild the image, and redeploy the app.
