Describe what you would like us to do:

When I try to visit the Fedora Packages Web application, I get a page titled "503 Service Unavailable". I would like you to fix it. This issue is making it difficult to file a bug with Fedora by following these instructions.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

I don't need this done by any time in particular.

This application was retired a while back... and the replacement has taken longer than we expected to get online.
