Related to https://pagure.io/fedora-infra/toddlers/issue/382, it would be helpful if the toddler had a public log of users it removes so it's clearer what's going on and can be more easily audited.

What about we send a message to the messagebus at every event of removing a user from a group? Would this work for you?
