#7 Package Forgejo as vendored golang RPM

Generate spec file using go2rpm

We will bundle Forgejo dependencies, golang packaging guidelines are going to change to bundling/vendoring of dependencies by default with F43.

From 2025-02-05 Matrix meeting paraphrased from Nils update: "Found out I probably have to invoke make rather than using the go2srpm defaults. Make will build both targets. Following https://forgejo.org/docs/latest/contributor/from-source/ for the time being."

IDK if it's of any use for the process, but there is an up to date forgejo copr repo that works well and could be used as reference [0]

It depends on go to get dependencies from the internet, so it's not good enough to use as it is, but their spec files are available [1].
