This cleans up an tweaks the buttons in the hub header.

  • Since the FAS integration, there is no action available on buttons for member and admin, so these are just now a label like button with no action.
  • buttons are now on one row, and aligned to the right with the hubconfig and hub layout not having labels anymore, but with hover titles to show what they are
  • the buttons are hidden when in hub layout mode, other than the save layout button.
