There a template or two in hubs/templates/ that use the older bootstrap, but removing it will still be ok.

We can probably also remove the other bootstrap3 folder in there too, as well as the link. all the bootstrap we need is in the fedora-bootstrap directory

Ok, so let's remove everything :)
