Commit #3 : Added conditional display of Timestamp and duration display if meeting over multiple days.
Still trying to get the hang of git. Sorry for the extra files from Commit #1 - only changed file after Commit #1, #2 , #3 is hubs/widgets/meetings.py

I have also updated the layout of github PR widget to be more like Pagure PR widget as @threebean suggested in IRC re : Issue #106 : https://pagure.io/fedora-hubs/issue/106. Files changed -> hubs/widgets/github_pr.py
