currently, the user hub feed shows some messages that aren't done by the user.

for example, it shows messages for all updates to bugs that I am CC'ed on -- even when i didnt update the bug.

another one i noticed was messages from upstream-release-monitoring telling me that one of the packages i own has a new upstream release.

I assumed (pehaps incorrectly) the feed on the user hub is supposed to just show my actions.
