#530 There is no notification when the user session expires

After displaying the hubs page for a while, the user session on iddev expires but there is no information on that from the user point of view. The AJAX requests just fail. It should be improved to either:
- renew the session (maybe with CAIAPI?)
- show a dialog explaining that the session has expired and the user should refresh the page
That probably implies sending heartbeat AJAX requests.
