This feature involves modifying some properties of any given hub based on its age. The purpose of the feature is to make it clear to users upon viewing a hub whether or not the hub is active / maintained or whether it hasn't been used as a while to set user expectations.

Some points: * Cards on an inactive hub should be subtly grayed out in color ot make clear they are older (but form fields should remain bright so users understand they can still participate with the content, e.g. leave a comment.) * Inactive hub card coloring could be done either via transparency in CSS or specific color codes. In the attached mockup the color codes we used: ** #f0f0f0 for the card body background ** #e0e1e2 for the comment area background

This card basically appears on any hub that has been inactive for 1 month or more. It will state the time length the hub has been inactive in months.
