#32 IRC Mention Notifications

There are three cases for notifications:

  1. User is in hub where mentioned
  2. User is online but in a different hub
  3. User is offline

Case three: in addition to mentions collected in IRC widget AND speech bubble notif on tab, a card reporting mention will appear in the users activity feed.

Case One: User is in hub where mentioned

Notif bubble shows up when mentioned; dismissed by clicking in IRC widget (so if person is typing, it won't intrude). When mentioned, users nick is bolded and color changed to blue.

Case Two: User is online but in a different hub

Standard blue dot notification appears on tab where mention occurred. If this proves to be not noticeable enough, we could do a little pulse / fade-in on the dot (eg fade from white to #3c6eb4 to white and back.)
