User should be able to configure their feed widget, apply filters, etc. Mockups for how this should work UI-wise exist. FMN should be used as the backend to store this configuration.

This will require central auth to work as logging in on hubs will have to log you in on FMN (that or we rely on some kind of API token, but it's the same idea, it depends on work elsewhere)
