This isn't a duplicate of issue #85 and requires badge path support (issue #17). It is a widget that suggests badges the user could pursue next based on the ones they've already completed. Some basic specs:

• It has three slots.
• Each slot displays the first unearned badge in a badge mission path that you've earned badges in.
• If you haven't earned any badges in any badge mission paths, each slot will display the first badge in a random badge mission path.
• When the page is reloaded, the slots are randomized again and may show different 'next' badges.
