#24 Save ignore list after each change

A list of ignored packages is currently saved only at the very end. If an error happens during the process (like an unhandled network exception, etc) or you press Ctrl+C, your new changes to the ignore list is lost. There's no reason why we couldn't save it after each change, let's do that.
