Hi @roypen, thank you for the PR. However you'll need to open one against branch f32, not master. Since you can't change that after you submit the PR, you'll need to close this one and open a new one, sorry. :)

Also, regarding binutils: When you add a new file, you also need to link it in /modules/release-notes/nav.adoc, otherwise it won't show up in the table of contents.
