"Bugs and Feature Requests" in this page is a hyperlink to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugsAndFeatureRequests, which redirects to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/howto-file-a-bug/, which is a Page Not Found.

Is there a more proper page which https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugsAndFeatureRequests should redirect to?

Hi, that must have been a temporary issue, it works fine for me. I'll update main to point straight to Quick-docs instead going through the redirect, but the link is fine.
