The instructions in README.md referenced to some packages with python2 prefix. In current Fedora, the correct prefix is simply python. Changed so that all listed package actually exist in Fedora 33 repositories.
This pull request in minimal on purpose. I think Fedora would greatly benefit from having package-maintainer-docs completed and published at docs.fedoraproject.org. Unfortunately, the repository looks like it has been abandoned. I am gauging the interest in reviving it with this tiny change. I could new make the develop_server.sh start work again, and then contribute some actual content, in hope that eventually there would be enough content do that finally, docs.fedoraproject.org would have Package Maintainer documentation and I could stop updating the wiki for that.
