Hi

The following line is wrong

# dnf install shim grub2-efi --installroot=/tmp/fedora --releasever {PRODVER}

This brings over grubia32.efi

I think the right line is

# dnf install shim grub2-efi-x64 --installroot=/tmp/fedora --releasever {PRODVER}

This brings over grubx64.efi
