It is not exactly clear, what are the steps to add new guides to the Docs site.
There should be some info in README which explains:

1) Create a separate repo? In which format?

2) Add it to build repo - how?

3) What is the policy? What can be added?

There is a docs template repo that helps you get started. Usually people would ask on the mailing list or on IRC for help with adding content, although I think it definitely makes sense to have that in the README or somewhere.

There's this: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-docs/contributing/adding-new-docs/ - it's just pretty hard to find from the front page.

Cool! I've just mentioned the contribution guidelines in the README as well.
