#85 Change title to reduce redundancy in navbar

This is a minor change that changes the title in the navbar to say "Diversity and Inclusion" instead of "Fedora Diversity and Inclusion Team". I made this change for two reasons:

  1. These documents may include content not only about the D&I Team
  2. We already have a page that explains more about the team

This change is rendered below:
