This PR adds Antora configuration and two converted pages from the wiki to build a new section for the Fedora Documentation site.

This takes from @asamalik's template repo. I think I set it up so it will integrate into the existing setup. I would like a review from another Docs Team member before merging this PR (specifically looking at 31f91b65adc0ee792f893268e1ba665f361e0622).

D&I team members, the content of this PR is in commit 8ae424b87a1e559e78351006616d45b5633df72a. It converts the Diversity and Inclusion and Diversity and Inclusion Team pages, but does not make any changes from how they are in the wiki. I plan to make a new PR to update them later and review the changes separately.

Looks good!

Two things that are not important, but maybe worth knowing:

  1. There is no heading on the index.adoc page.
  2. You don't need to list the index.adoc page in the nav.adoc. It's always included as the first option in the menu by default.

@jflory7 When this PR is merged I will include it on the Fedora Docs site.

@asamalik Thanks! I pushed commit 55f878cc23037b0d8e2a09e4a17913c3b2ac9b9d to address these suggestions. I'm going to rebase and merge this PR now. :clapper:

Thanks for leaving feedback!
