Evaluate the testimonials shown across getfedora.org and check for balanced representation in testimonials; if we can do better, follow up with commissioning new testimonials to better feature Fedora's unique diversity of users
I was going through the getfedora.org site and I was thinking about the current testimonials and past testimonials run in the history of the site. Currently, they feature two white men and one white woman. I think we can do better to represent diverse groups of people who make up our communities: both users and contributors.
The value-add in doing this is two-fold: one for Fedora and one general:
For Fedora, it implies Fedora expects an international user base who are working with technology and solving problems all around the world. We anticipate people of different genders, race, and identification to use Fedora in the same way we make an operating system and anticipate anyone to do a range of useful stuff with it.
More generally, it also does our part to give examples and make more visible underrepresented, successful technologists. We demonstrate our respect for people of different backgrounds as welcome participants in open source and technology.
Fedora better represents the large diversity of people we expect to use Fedora: everyone! It is a big +1 for the Friends Foundation.

Should we talk to marketing team or infra team about 1 and 2 ? @jflory7
I agree that we can start conversation with infra and marketing team for this one. Someone wants to take a lead here - @bee2502 do you have bandwidth to accommodate this one?
I need help with 1 and 2.

Do you think starting the conversation with infra team will help? @jflory7 do you have some pointer to start with. Thanks both of you.

Do we want to discuss it in our next meeting @bee2502
Soooo, since this ticket was opened, getfedora.org got a makeover and there are no more user testimonials on the website. I'm not sure if this is something @ryanlerch, @codeblock, or @duffy could help us understand if it is still doable. It would be nice to do this but we need a way to publish this content for it to be worth the time and effort to collect it.
