OK, I did some looking into this and it appears to be because there is a section of this document with the same name as the other page so we have to use the path to differentiate them.

@bex that reflects the directory structure under pages. See the Page ID — the last green part labeled "path to source page in module" is exactly that. We can't go shorter than this.
