#139 Add "Make your first steps in Fedora" to CommOps docs

This PR does a few things:

  • Updates templates/ to email-templates/ to be more specific
    • Several quick email templates are saved here for elections and FAS applications
  • Adds an entities file (for variables we can use in any AsciiDoc in this repo)
  • Add Make your first steps in Fedora article
    • Takes inspiration from fedora-badges#409
    • Best badges we recommend to our newcomers earn before joining CommOps
