Just saw this issue. We briefly discussed in IRC, but the relevant code for commopswatch is found in the ansible.git repository.

Unfortunately, this repo is not in a git forge like Pagure. To make a change, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository (git clone https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/infra/ansible.git)
2. Make a new branch (git checkout -b change/commopswatch-filter)
3. Make needed change to the filter, add a new git commit
4. Create a patch file based off of your last commit (git format-patch -n HEAD^1) (this creates a git patch in your current directory)
5. Send an email to the Fedora Infrastructure mailing list, attach your patch, and request a review (see an example)

Someone will review it and either give feedback, or merge it directly into production.
