This is mostly up for comments & discussion so we can start populating the docs site. I did a few quick adaptations of the test day wiki content into adoc, and added it to the TOC.

I can add some images and more usage info later, I just wanted to bootstrap this and go through the process at least once first.

I would recommend dropping the first sentence as it is either self-evident or, unfortunately, untrue. If someone hits a weird issue it can be frustrating to read how it's actually simple.

We'll want to link to the image on the mirror network; as the beta is going out this morning it'll be easier to test. Also, because the image is on the mirror network, we'll want to include a step that verifies the image checksum.

A link to the beta that'll direct the user to hit the mirrors is https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/42_Beta/Container/x86_64/images/Fedora-WSL-Base-42_Beta-1.4.x86_64.tar.xz and the GPG-signed checksums are https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/42_Beta/Container/x86_64/images/Fedora-Container-images-42_Beta-1.4-x86_64-CHECKSUM - I'm not sure how easy GPG signature checking is on Windows; the key should be available from https://fedoraproject.org/fedora.gpg

Other than the URL adjustments I think it's a solid start, sorry for taking so long to review it!

I think this is a fine start and we can always improve/adjust things later if necessary.

I don't have write privileges here, so someone else will have to merge it.
