Both the CI and Gate arrays contain the same keys... it is all information about what team invoked the tests and how to reach them. I see contact.yaml in schemas; contact does not seem to be included in any of the example messages. Instead of maintaining ci, gate, and contact to all contain the same information, can we be consistent and drop two of the three in favor of the third? I believe using contact for the name makes the most sense.

So, my proposal is changing all references to "ci" or "gate" in example files and schemas to "contact."

fwiw, product.yaml also seems to be unused, as I can find no reference to "product" in any of the example messages, despite there being examples of things like product-build.test.complete
