#8 Footnote doesn't refer to anything

On the user cheat cube, on the "system and display" side, there is a footnote "* disabled by default". From what I can see, there is nothing on that side having a footnote marker. Perhaps there were some of the other Ctrl+Alt combinations listed previously, and the footnote was forgotten when the example was removed?
