Mark Harmstone (known for writing the Btrfs driver for Windows), has written a conversion tool to go from NTFS to Btrfs called ntfs2btrfs.

It'd be useful to have this packaged in Fedora for folks making the jump from Windows to Linux so they can convert data drives without reformatting or data loss.
