awarded for certain kinds of activities:

1) What are those activities?
- Closing a ticket Welcome-to-Fedora repo, to introduce a new person to the Fedora community

2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers? veterans?
users? sponsors?)
- Join SIG team members

3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)
- To help newcomers find their place in the Fedora ecosystem, to welcome people, to create a better onboarding experience

4) When do they do them (every day? once a year?)
- Whenever a new interested person shows up

5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the console?
by using a web interface?)

@riecatnor @smeragoe .. l went through the Fedora Badges style guide, again to come up with concepts fitting into the guidelines. Awaiting your feedback.
