I recently burned a yubikey and linked it to FAS and I did not get the Horcrux badge. The yml is set to trigger for any edit in the yubikey field of the FAS account.

To test it further, I edited the yubikey field multiple times. I could find the action in datagrepper logs but no badge yet :(

Hmmm. Here is the rule file for the badge. To debug this issue, I would need the help of a fedmsg or FAS developer, perhaps @cverna, @ralph, or @puiterwijk.

I edited the yubiky recently again and I did get the badge. It looks like Tahrir is ignoring/skipping a lot of messages.
