We changed the ref name to drop docker, this changes the treefile. I left a
symlink for compatibility.

was there a matchiong change to build the ostree from the new file name?

not yet - he left a symlink in place for compatibility - my vote is that we just update everything we know about to point to the new thing and then remove the symlink - i'm going to plan to do this after f26 release - (would do it now, but putting out a lot of fires everywhere)
