Fedora Rawhide has all the necessary bits to support M3, M3 Pro and M3
Max devices with macOS 14.8.3 stub. The asahi-installer itself limits
the 14.8.3 firmware to M3 devices so it is not yet offered to M1 or
M2* devices.
