  • use fdisk instead of sfdisk and pass the appropriate sector size to it and to dd
  • use 7z instead of fatcat, as fatcat only supports 512
  • also use 7z instead of zip to have one less dependency
  • drop truncate workaround for root filesystem as the size will always be correct now
