RHEL 7.5 update made substantial changes as to the 'home archive' to follow for binary updates for:

 ansible
 kubernetes

An 'exclude' clause, WITH an adjacent comment as to the new 'trailhead' to consider as to future updates is in order and should be added in 'epel-release

I don't think we should exclude ansible, that would leave lots of people with no updates for it at all.

The ansible / epel trickiness has been taken care of at this point.
Excludes were not implemented, it was done in other ways.
I am going to close this as done / fixed at this point, even though we didn't implement excludes.
