Here is my first suggestions for questions:

• What is your name (Given/First and Family/Last Names please)?
• What is your IRC Nick?
• What Matrix/IRC Channels do you tend to use?
• Why are you running for EPEL Steering Committee member?
• What do you see as EPEL's place in the universe?
• What is your background in EPEL? What have you worked on and what are you doing now?
• What else should EPEL community members know about you or your positions?

I'm not a big fan of current questions 2 and 3.
- Since we are mainly on Matrix, which has full names, I do not really care what your IRC Nick is.
- Outside of the EPEL and meeting channel, I don't really care what other channels you watch.

I would like to remove them, and add this one.

• What is your FAS ID? (example: tdawson)

I would like that question because it sometimes takes me a while to look it up.

Agree with removing the chat questions, and replacing them with the FAS question. FAS has a field for your Matrix ID anyways.

I think we could also join the FAS ID with the name question, and re-arrange the questions a bit.

I'm a little back and forth about the last question. I like it and don't at the same time.

We should only have three questions. These are the only three I've gotten positive feedback on.
