To create additional assurance and confidence, we need a logged in user to be able to verify the vote already made in a previous session. This is especially important given this ticket: https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/1845

This is now added in git HEAD (commit: 7eab767b9a73cdbaca9c47994215c8367f340508)
