Need to create preferences-system-firewall icon from the system->administration menu

usage: Firewall[[BR]]
in specs: No[[BR]]
needed symlink(s): system-config-firewall[[BR]]
current icon: shipped with app, old gnome style[[BR]]
additional info: .desktop file contains .png in icon reference, should bugzilla it
