Right now the Restful interface with respect to the DRM will soon support archiving and recovering symmetric keys and pass phrases. This new feature will support a property of the stored KeyRecord called "status" that will indicate if the key in question is in an "active" state or "inactive" state. We need an interface to be able to modify this property after the initial record is created.
