#977 Rename TPS connections to TPS connectors.

Currently the REST service that manages TPS connectors is deployed under /tps/connections path. It should be renamed to /tps/connectors for consistency. The UI needs to be fixed to use the new paths.

Similarly, the CLI uses the "tps-connection-" commands to manage TPS connectors. They should be renamed to "tps-connector-".

Per CS/DS meeting of 04/28/2014 - 10.2 (May).

Must do this now, as API changes are hard to make later.
